Oh yes...you make an agreement to pay you bill on a set day, then you fail to keep up your end of the agreement and with typical sub-prime thinking, its all their fault, right?
And Andy ....its a "BAND WAGON"! But go ahead and call it a "ban wagon". It makes you look so intelligent along with your sub prime thinking.

if you can get a class action suit i'd join in. i've been harassed at work i lost a server because of their harassment, i've been threatened to have my legs broken. i will be trying to sue them myself but i'd rather jump on a class action suit. in the state of florida they have broken almost every law of proper bill collecting. believe me they are in deep s**t. and i have witnesses to this.

If you knew the car was over priced then why did you buy it? If you didn't know it was overpriced then you should have done your research. If you cannot pay for a car in cash then you need to step down in car. I have driven $1,000 or $2000 cars and they were great for what I needed at the time. You really can get a ugly but functional car for little money especially in today's economy. Drivetime is one of the most expesive places to buy a used car. If Drivetime does repo your car, they will sell it as is at auction and sue you for the difference in the loan and they will win. So do not do anything rash.
