Duane is an absolute industry moron and a direct reflection of whats wrong in the construction industry in Canada today. After doing reseach into Duane's back ground in South Africa. We found he actually wasnt Duane Ferreira but Christine Van Doof from a township in South Africa. She fled after problems between her family and the Capetown police. Mostly over Duane being transgender a white father and black mother from Rhodesia now called Zimbabwe. Prior to entering after numerous doctors help she changed her name to Duane Ferreira and Fled to Canada. After a breif transition to Canada she bounced around several low level jobs until she finally found a secretarial position/project coordinator role with Bird Construction. Duane as she is called in Canada spent many years working for Bird in their Vancouver Office with little experience yet constant roles opening due to senior employees retiring Duane rose to a position in Management. Eventually Landing in Senior Management as operations manager. Now back that up.
Duane never built sandcastles like other boys he started with dolls. So are you starting to see the gap? Now to date Duane she is overseeing hundreds of millions in construction and this clown has never ever built a things to gether and understanding of how things come together on a construction site. It was just the other day he or she was in a secretarial role. So imagine when there is a problem she absolutely panics. Everyone but her she says. Pushing costs on to subs and burning bridges for her inabilities. Bird Construction Needs to wake up. Yes its not fair to send her back to South Africa but it is also not fair for us that have spent years paying and building our companies to take heavy financial hits to protect this young lady from exposure. Its great charity but they need to rethink their company if they plan to be sucessful moving forward.
