Mr. Frank Mirabal is a deceiving contractor. I gave him a $2,000 dollar check as a way that he could do the architectural design for the addition of my house. However, it passed two months, and still did not get anything. As the result, I started to claim my $2,000 dollar check. After three months, he gave a check signed. But when I went to the bank, the teller told me his account was already closed. Mr. Frank Mirabal is a deceiving contractor, since I talked to many people who have been struggling to get their houses finished. Please don't ask for the service of this individual.
