E-pro Auctions ripoff fraudulent billing lies scam robbing 49.99 Orem Utah
i purchased the CD from e-pro auctions and eventually recieved it, they told me that i was to recieve a username and password which i never did
i was charged 49.95 for their service after i told them that i did not wish to continue it after the trial. i called the day of the charge and was told there was no record of cancelling the service before the trial was up. i demanded that i receive a refund and that the subscription be cancelled. i was told that the subsciption had been cancelled and that i would recieve the 49.95 credit on my card after 4-6 weeks.
it has been 8 weeks since this and i still have not gotten my money back. i called today and was told that they had absolutely no record of my requesting a refund when i called previously. they said i only called to cancel the service. i guess they figured i was giving them a 50 dollar gift. He proceeded to inform me that i was unable to recieve the refund now because it has been more than 7 days past the initial charge.
Isn't that nice how they say they will give me a refund but i won't get it for almost 2 months but i call back and they have no record and its impossible to issue one now because it has been more than 7 days since the charge was incurred.
i am not the first person that this has happened to and something needs to be done to this company reguarding this issue.
