Management wasn't aware of the customers issue and once we did find out the customer was contacted and refunded her cost. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding on our part and we hope to not have theses types of issues in the future.

I was very pleased that east coast towing contacted me to find out what happened. After I explained everything they took total ownership of the problem, apologized, and reimbursed me for all of my out of pocket costs. I am glad to see that there are still companies out there who truly value their customers.
