Eastern Catalytic Converter Does NOT honor Warranty 5yr/50k Nationwide
Stay away from Eastern Catalytic Converter. Purchased on or about 2016 went out 6 months later. Seems to be that ECC will only honor their warranty if you first purchase another catalytic converter, then once you ship the defective CC back to them, then "they" will determine "if" you as the purchaser did anything wrong? to the CC, then if you did something wrong then guess what? No money back.
We had less than 2k miles on this CC.
