Echo Summit Properties Llc Scam Alert Dont Rent From Run Away Go Elsewhere Greenwood Village Nationwide
Sold place I was renting. Stole my deposit and charged outrageous fees of $6800. Charged rent and late fees for August when my lease expired 7/2016. When I got there statement of charges receipts from new owner and them both trying to get reimbursed off of me. Went to their office for explanation told "we will just take u to court and get u garnished if u don't pay us". Then they went and gave me an eviction. Scam Artists Don't ever rent from them.
