Eddie Stagg's Moving and storage ripoff Vineland/Pinellas Park Florida, New Jersey
On August 15,2002 I was to receive my property in Florida which was moved from NJ. I finally heard from this mover Eddie Staggs on Sept. 11,2002 that i was to receive it at 10:00AM. He finally showed up at 5:00PM and then charged me more double fees and a piano moving fee ( I do not have a piano)He insisted on cash. He refused to take a check until I stated that he could at least report 100.00 to the IRS as income. He kept 2 boxes of my property evaluated at 4400.00. When I argued with him he assaulted me. I had to call the Sheriff Dept. The addres that he provided in Pinellas Park Fl is bogus, the Sheriff Dept. could not serve court papers to Eddie Staggs because the address are condominiums. I am attempting to have the court papers served in Vineland, NJ
