Sir if you have already filed your complaint as you said you did then I would see no reason for our office to contact you at this point. I'm sorry you feel the way you do and it will all be resolved with patients. Everything we do is not just through the internet as you stated we list our address because we have nothing illegal to hide. I hope everything goes well for you.

It sound sooo simple. Just fill out the papers and send it in. But, the company never sent me the forms to fill out. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and fraud report with the bank, but EDPreporting will not respond to my phone calls and have never sent me the forms they promised. This doesn't surprise me. EDPreporting-EdebitPay works through the internet because in my own opion the are not a reputable honest company. HATS OFF to "Rip-off Report" to shed some light on this company's tactics.

Sir I see nothing wrong with our company wanting to help you get your money back. Every company has procedures they must go through to correct a situation and to satisfy the customer ours just happen to be filing a claim with the local police department if in fact this was a fraudulent claim. We're also trying to protect you in the event this should happen again without your knowledge.
