I'M PLEASED TO KNOW THAT YOU BANK HAVE ISSUED YOU A REFUND, BUT ALL BANKS DON'T WORK THAT WHY. THEY DON'T ALWAYS WORK WITH THE PUBLIC TO HELP THEM TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT EITHER. NEEDLESSLY TO SAY I WISH THEY DID WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. ONCE AGAIN I HAPPY YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BACK.

I filed a dispute with my bank and recieved a full refund for this horrible nightmare. I also filed a police report which has gotten nowhere... the police could care less about a stolen checkbook, around here they got bigger problems like murder cases. All in all.. I got the money refunded to me although it was a huge hassle. As for the EDPay customer service... it was more than unsatisfactory towards my needs but the representives were rude and not even knowledgable! I still believe that this is a complete ripoff company anyways... if someone cannot find a free checking account they are better off paying the small fee for one rather than $160 upfront cost and the hassle of horrible customer service when I problem does arise. If you are looking for a prepaid card or a debit card you should go to a local bank that will work with you!
