I was receiving the same 2 charges each month for 3 months, which I didn't notice until later. Then in the fourth month, I did notice over $1300 in PayPal debits. Someone had apparently stolen my debit card number and name online, and was setting up accounts. These unauthorized charges were the first indication (although I didn't see it until too late...my bank was extremely helpful and so were the police). I would cancel your current card and get a new one.

From what I understand El Dorado Sales does billing and CC proc. for internet web sites like EasyNews. They probably were just as scammed as you were. They probably just billed the credit card number that somebody input, either thru error or fraud. El Dorado Sales has been billing me for many years for my EasyNews account and I have never had any problems with them. They even require I update my CC info when my card expires unlike some other companies I deal with. One company I use never asked to change my card once in years even though the card I use expires every 2 years but the number remains the same. A e-mail or phone call should straighten it right out.
