you've just got to get through their first line of defense. I had a similar problem and after not getting any kind of help after 5 or 6 times of asking I finally got through to a supervisor (walsh I think his name was) and he refunded me immediately and gave me a free copy of Battlefield 2142 for my troubles.

Best bet would be to dispute the transaction. If you paid via paypal contact them...I have heard they dont dispute intangabilt items...so may not have much luck there...in wich case you contact the card paypal charged and dispute that route. If you paid with a credit card, dispute with that. When you contact them, you want to inform the company (your company not ea) you did not recieve the goods you were purchasing. Just make sure to be as specific as possible you could also contact ea and inform them you are disputing it with your credit card and request they refund the money to avoid wasting time getting it taken care of. That should cover it for you. I to play the game and I have seen the expansions in stores, usually walmart. In the future it might work better to go that route....ea link is a bit...quirky lol.
