Eliot Management group FAPS Company did not train me correctly would tell me wrong information & paperwork disappeared did not even pay minumum wage salt lake city, Utah
I worked for Eliot Management for 9 months and worked 40 hour work weeks and did not even earn enough money to pay rent food car payment and this was not just me I seen so many employees leave in the time I worked there. Gas & phone were also paid by me and not reimbersed paid to me by the company. The only way to make good money is to sell equiptment on leases that are not good for companies they pay outragous amounts of money for a machine they do not even own at the end. the managers that make good money go on appointments and have new trainies drive because they drive vecicle that are gas gusslers so instead they have employees that are 100% commision use their cars and gas to run on appointments. I lost deals due to their bad BBB rating and company refuses to fix it. They encourage you to sign friends and family and by the time you realize the burn and turn employment its to late. they do not have to pay any commision to employees that quit so all employees friends and family stay property of the company. They also enforce a non compete agreement so their employees can not seek employment in the industry they are, in they are willing to pay high legal fees to be compensated for damages from employees that are in $$$$$ problems and cant afford a lawyer. An employee that last over a year is almost none heard of. The company did not even provide a pot luck for employees at Christmas and everyone that did not hit there numbers lose the bonus they have worked so hard to earn. The training they provide is so basic they do not even teach basics to understand such a complect business because of the high turn over of employees the work shops they provide are always the same because basics because of turnover.
I am writing this in hopes to steer anyone away from making the same mistake I did.
