Be very careful when dealing with the owner of this Nana Wall franchise. In fact, the Nana Wall company itself should be very concerned about this man's behavior. Do they know he's been visited twice in 48 hours by the Scottsdale police. Not great publicity for the company! Moreover, his motivations are purely money and greed - not your satisfaction!

Mr. Rybicki is correct. While I know him, I have not dealt with his business - Elite Architectural Products. Unfortunately, our dealings were in another business and I believe my emotions got the better of me. I apologize for writing this report. We are in the process of rectifying our business situation and hopefully moving on.
