I purchased a custom Jeep from Elite 4x4 over two months ago and and still have not received the title from the jeep. My bank has check the VIN to cross reference if they received the title and they haven't Call to Will (Sales) and the owner Mersedeh Iran are not be returned and hence I'm writing this report. I'm pretty sure legal action is next course of business as the website is now not working and no contact is being reciprocated.
These guys are selling customized Jeeps on Ebay by another name now called
Evo Offroad

Will (real name Seth Daniel Williams) and Mersedeh Williams are not affiliated to American Custom Jeep in any way. They are working under the company names Evolution Offroad, Highborn Motorsports, Voltron Motors and Ride or Design. And are not to be trusted!
Seth also goes by the name Riley or Rowley.

Elite Custom 4x4 changed their named to "EVO Offroad" in 2016 and now both websites are offline. The owners have changed their name now to "American Custom Jeep" and located at the same warehouse located at 9125 Daffodil St. Houston, TX 77063.
"American Custom Jeep" who was also suspended from Ebay for a short stint is now live again selling on Ebay.
Food for thought.

Thanks to all who has come to this Rip Off Report and wanted to follow up with you and particularly the last rebuttal. Since my last post, I did hire a law firm out of Houston, Texas last June and persued the owner for money owed and also for the title that was not receieved. With the drafted Demand Letter from my lawyer, the money owed and title was received from the owner in less than two weeks. I wish there was a way to get my contact information to who wants/needs it, but the site deletes all personal information such as emails and phone numbers.
If you haven't received your title, google search the law firm, "The Weaver Law Firm" and tell them how you got their contact information. Richard Weaver was my main contact and tell him Frank P. sent you.

i bought the stealth on e bay and wired cash on feb 1st 2016. got the jeep at end of march no title yet. i keep texting him he does respond but say still didnt come yet. i called ebay cause i did buy now and has the 50,000 warrenty they said to give it another week and if not recived call back and they will start the process with their laywers ect. its a nice jeep but i want my title it dont take this long to get it from anywhere. contact me if you can (((REDACTED)))
