Oak Gardens Apartments are the worst place to live in Hollywood. This place is the Sodom and Gamorrah of the city. The property manager is corrupt. She harbours drug dealers and prostitutes and will not fix anything until you complaint to corporate about it. Then she blames the "Jews" for the problems.
Second, the place is crime ridden. I have counted for at least four drug dealers selling in palin sight on the property. When made aware of this problem the property manager just moves them to another part of the property. I guess she si getting a kick back.
Third, this palces harbours prostitutes. One cannot go to the mailbox night or day without being accosted for services by the street walkers. When addressed of the situation the property manger denies or says" I only heard one complaint" This is her favorite quote.
Fourth, the property manager refuses to handle the illegal tattoo parlor that was setup in an apartment, the property manger denies or says" I only heard one complaint"
Fifth, the property manager refuses to address the wild pitbulls running around the property. the property manger denies or says" I only heard one complaint"
Sixth, the homeless people living on the property stealing the residents property the property manger denies or says" I only heard one complaint"
A resident should not have to deal with or address these issues with the local police, but this one does. I will be leaving soon so GOD helpt he rest of the residents.
