EM Watch Repair Eric Martin $1800.00 for a Rolex repair that was not cleaned, he claimed he hut in parts which are not Rolex parts.This business is in the PHOENIX ,AZ area. Phoenix Arizona
I sent my Rolex to Eric Martin, EMW WATCH Repair because it stopped a lot. When I received it back the problem was the same. It was inspected by a CERTIFIED ROLEX CW21 repair shop who has an account wth ROLEX. His findings were that the watch was not cleaned,the mainspring was not replaced it was dirty,no seals or gaskets were replaced, which is done at each cleaning. In addition he overcharged me, His invoice was $1800.00. The watch is now repaired for $700.00. My opinion is that he is not authorized to work on ROLEX, does not have an account with Roiex and is scamming people. His location is in the Phoenix area.
