After leaving a voice message with "eddie" threatening to send a complaint to the attorny general, i got a call back. He wanted me to send a conformation via fax that i did join BMG, since this was the one missing from the verification page. The next day i got an e mail saying that they received my conformation and that would be packaging and sending out my gift. They mentioned that it could 3-5 weeks for this top happen (sounds like trying to buy more time to me). In the mean-time i have sent a complaint to the NC attorney general and gotten a response back form them saying that they were forwarding my complaint to the florida consumer protection office. I'll keep posting here when i find out more....

After much frustration and reading on this web site, I have realized that this company is actually located in NC. The asddress they give in FLorida is a retail UPS store (check it out on the UPS website!!). I was in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office, but now I will file one with the NC Office instead. Here is the contact info for thier office: Consumer Protection Attorney General's Office 9001 Mail Service Center Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-9001 Telephone: (919) 716-6000 Fax:(919) 716-6050 http://www.ncdoj.com/consumerprotection/cp_about.jsp It doesn't take long to complete and the results are quick according to other reports on here.
