I signed up for the IncentiveRewardCenter's free Playstation 2 offer on November 25, 2004. And have since completed all three of the required offers. I actually completed all three offers on that same day (11-25-04).

Since then (88 days ago) two of my three offers have appeared on my status screen as reported but one offer (which is for the FeelSerenity company and I have since then received 3 shipments of pills from this company) were never credited to my account. I have emailed their "Customer Service" about 4-5 times but never receive a reply with an explanation or answers to my questions. I received two replies from them that didn't make sense. All they did was redirect me back to the status page. (I have been going through my yahoo bulk folder by hand since then just so I don't accidentally delete their response). I will try to call them tomorrow although I expect I will only get to leave some voicemail to complain.

I don't see what more I can do to prove that I have completed the offers. It really seems like they intentionally do not credit certain offers such that you cannot possibly complete the requirements within the 90 days from signup that they give you. Their lack of contact information really limits your options when trying to resolve issues like this. My only hope is that I have seen a few of these complaints end in people getting the promised offer.

I too am waiting for a playstation 2. completed 2 offers and waiting for 3rd (Vonage) to be shown as completed. Called Vonage and they didn't seem to know anything about being a sponser. Besides trying to call the 866-301-7260 number I ran across another number that is Natasha at 561-939-6939. I just called and left a message so I'll see what happens. Had no reply from the other number or any emails I have sent. Next step has to be contacting the attorney general and making a formal complaint. Good luck and congrats to all those that manage to receive their *free gift.
