Moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The day we were moving in with boxes there was a leakage in AC. A huge puddle of water through out hallway. First day in the had to have maintance in to repair. Day two they had to have carpet cleaner come in rip up carpet, place fans in hallway. Such a inconvenience all the way around, plus two toddlers wanting to climb on fans. Made it impossible to unpack anything. And this was only the beginning to our nightmare here.
We been here for 6 months, and had 3 doors fall off the hinges. Bathtub has been repaired 5 times, was bitten by flees and we have no pets. Heat not working on several acations. Water going out numerous times. Paint falling off doors and walls. Curtains wont hold due to how much paint has been applied on top of layers of more paint. There is a about an 3 inch gap on top of a bedroom door, the kitchen sink detaching, the floors are coming up.
There is always a issue and a problem in these apartment. My rent is 1200. They dont attemp to accommodate us for any of our problems. They wont let us out of our lease. And there corporate office The Breeden company is no help either. They give u cheap blinds that break when u pull them up. Then put notices are u door faster then they come to fix any problem.
They covered up mildew with paint, the cabinets are weak, nasty. This has been nothing but a issue living here. They refuse to lower my rent or allow us to move out.
