I purchased a pair of ipors and never received them and sent them an email requesting a full refund so I could go forth with another vendor who will deliver as promised. This seller has no intentions on delivering as promised and is delaying these gifts for two little girls awaiting their gift from their dad. And yet I'm still awaiting for a refund.

Seems like I was a victim of fraud as it shows in the Pitsburg new and their ebay feedbacks where I found them selling refurbished items that completly void manufactures warranty since it's not factory refurbished:

i am sorry to hear that this customer had problems with their shipment. the whole story as recorded from our side is that the customer requested to cancel their shipment. however, the package had already been shipped out to their location via ups. the only thing we can do is ask ups to return the package to us. so we did that. ups charged us a 10.00 fee which we happily paid on behalf of this customers request. the package was returned by ups on sep 18 and the customer was refunded the same day. in all fairness, given the situation of the package already being shipped when the buyer asked to cancel it, we did the best we could possibly do in this situation. thanks. concerned for help with any other situation concerning this company, you may email to(((ROR redacted)))we will do our best to hear out any legitimate problems. thanks!
