Called for an estimate to have laminate flooring installed. Rep came out to our home, told us laminate was "on sale for 50% off" then gave us a quote of $8000 for 804 square feet!! We laughed and said "THAT" is the half off price? She replied, "yes, you have a lot of area here". We said "so that means it would normally be $16,000??!" And she said "yes." WHAT A JOKE! You can install a kitchen for that price!

We asked how much per square foot installed, but she said they don't "do it that way." Said she could call the office and see if they would move on the price. We said that sounded like buying a car...there should not be room to move like that, it should all be standard pricing.

She came back in with a quote of $5800. We said we would think about it, and asked for a written estimate. Again, we were told they don't do that...if we didn't commit right at that time, then someone would have to come back out and remeasure and our "bargain" of $5800 couldn't even be guaranteed.

We said we'd like an estimate that would be good for just even 24h, said we wouldn't make any changes to our estimate, and that no one would have to come back out and remeasure, and still she said they didnt work like that. She said we could pay from $25-150 to "hold" our order, then could cancel within 3 days if we wanted to, and send a certified letter to get the deposit back..WAY TOO MUCH WORK! We asked why we couldnt just have the written estimate...and again were told they don't work that way..What a JOKE!

Needless to say we didn't chose them for our flooring. What a scam! Terrible, terrible business ethic. I would NEVER recommend or chose them for anything.
