I FOUND 2 UNKNOWN CHARGES ON MY RECENT PHONE BILL $14.95 AND $34.95 AND I CANT CONTACT NOBODY TO TAKE THESE CHARGES OFF. Plus what relly gets under my skin is that my phone company that i have been with more than 20 years says sorry about your luck there is nothing we can do. But yet i paid them last months bill for the total amount like an idiot. So how and why is'nt qwest held responable for these unknown charges. I didnt sign up for no esbi service's so why is this on my bill and why can't i get my money back? and why in the heck is this business not put to a stop. There were over 233 complaints about esbi and you are telling me that no one can stop these scams. B.S .NOW I WILL CONTACT MY LOCAL NEWS STATION AND GO NATIONWIDE WITH THIS COMPANY.

ESBI is a pain to Qwest Employees too.

Here's the problem Qwest is required by law to bill you for charges sent by these thrid party billers. Qwest has no information on why they are billing you or if it's valid. As a company to be in legal compliance Qwest can not do what you want. I have customers bringing thier bills to our store at least once a week with charges like this and all we can do is have them file a dispute with Qwest billing for the charges so thier services continue while they fight the charges and then have them call the company that's billing them to contunue/complete the duispute. In your case you need to call/email/whatever ESBI to truly take care of this. Trust me Qwest would prefer not to have to add these to your bill. These things tend to be the result of someone clicking thru a web banner to get a free ringer or a Wii/XBOX 360 etc. They have it written in really timy print that by submitting your info you are authorized to make changes to the phone number you typed in and you authorize them to add thier services on.
