Enhanced Services Billing - Online Business Associates bills for services not ordered Internet
This company calls businesses saying they need to update information for a free website listing. They will ask to whom they are speaking and verify business name and address. If you verify anything, they take it that you agreed to the service. The person on the phone will swear that you will not receive a bill for anything-that this is a free listing. Then, in fourteen days, you will be mailed out a letter stating if you want to cancel your free listing, you must contact them. Why must you cancel what you never bought? If you don't contact them, charges for $39.95 per month appear on your monthly phone bill.
