Enhanced Services Billing Inc Alert Watch out for Enhanced Services Billing Inc. They are adding unauthorized charges to phone bills. El Paso Nationwide
We have the all distance plan through AT&T. Our phone bill charges have remained the same for over a year. When we received our current phone bill I noticed an extra charge of $12.95 for enhanced services.
We did not sign up for any extra services, so I called AT&T. They told me that Enhanced Services Billing Inc. was charging us, and that I would have to contact them.
I contacted Enhanced Services Billing Inc and asked them about the charges. They said that they had received an e-mail confirmation from me for the services. I explained to them that I had made no such confirmation.
They said that my money would be refunded within the next to billing cycles on my phone bill. I will be checking!!!
I do not understand how companies like this, can get away with adding extra charges to phone bills. This company needs to be stopped!
