Enigmasoftware.com ripoff and force sale down your throat, product did not work, more security breaches Connecticut
purchased software spyhunter, iniitially was infected,upon doin so thru e mail was informed id not only purchased spyhunter but registration medic but never got a confirmation in mail , lemme back up,after doing a search query on a specific virus ,a pop up popped up stating they can get rid of it,so i purchased*nightmare begins*.
aw hell ill give it a try ,did a scan found 2 viruses ,asked me if i wanted too
remove,yes,reboot ,rescan,viruses are back,frustrated in in advertently buying 2 products instead of 1 ,im hot,disabled 3rd party extension in security settings and home page was hijacked.
now the real fun begins after installing software and scan to no avail,i have pop ups from hell.
i emailed that morning demanding money back,especially after doing a search query and finding that symantec acused their software as a security breach ,*sctatches head * duh
ive got a email saying tech has to approve refund,before i can get refund .why should i be stuck money outta pocket product didnt deliver . if you advertised for a contractor and 1 showed up saying he could do the job and then doesnt perform am i obligated to allow him to fall short of what we agreed that he was competent too do.
hell no i want him off my prop and i want their chit off my puter.
i called ctrdit card billing diff co ....mike@1-800-9992734 ext 5655 and he said too let them reply if not theyd reimburse...ill find out today...will post
