was hit by another driver; provided accident report showing other driver at fault. gave enterprise copies of report (twice) then charged 850 euros subject to payment by other driver's insurance. Told usually took 1 month to refund.
Almost 4 months later and numerous calls to Europe and USA no results. USA office is trying to blame French office. I have found no way to escalate claim. Keep shuffling me around the office.
Rented via Orbitz; can't find a way to contact them.
My advice is to think twice before renting from Enterprise or Orbitz anywhere in the world.

Enterprise contacted me (social media montor was the title!!) immediately after posting. Said they would send the file to France again. Still no one to talk to or intercede on my behalf. Farsical customer service.
So then I called Orbitz who found the file much faster than Enterprise but could only transfer me to Enterprise, during which transfer they disconnected. I called them again waiting and unseemly period of time and was told that they could do nothing and transferred me to Enterprise customer service which is the full runaround.
