They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: lue clark Their relationship to the company: Advocate Rebuttal: When you rent a car from ANY car rental agency, you sign this little legal document called a CONTRACT. It lists the daily, weekly, and hourly rate you will be charged for your rental. It is assumed when you sign the agreement, you are AGREEING to the terms, including the rate. If you have a problem with the rate, don't sign the contract. I work for a major car rental agency. We have our regular rates, and in our location, our rates don't go higher, although during peak seasons I know they do in other locations. Again, before you sign a contract, it is your responsibility to actually read it so that you know what rate you will be paying, if there are taxes, airport concession fees, recovery fees, etc. If your credit card was charged a different rate than what was listed in your signed contract, then you need to contact Enterprise's Billing Inquiry department, and dispute it.

Enterprise,
That was a very poor rebuttal.. There is no way any of your regular customers would have paid more for a compact car than for a mid-sized car and you know it. This is one reason that I, a three year customer (former) stoped using your services. Every time you walk through your doors you guys have a new policy. Consumers need to remember that they have the power, and when they come up against companies who can not or will not
provide a good service to let them go!!!

Supply and Demand...it happens all the time if demand is high and supply is low you will have to pay a higher price. When demand is low and supply is high you will get a cheaper price..hotels, airlines, etc..do it all the time.
