Unfortunately you are not giving the full details of your rental, thus implicating that Enterprise doesnt take responsibility for their cars and making customers pay for Enterprises lack of servicing on vehicles. First of all if the charges you're are stating is b/c of the first car that your husband wrecked, why dont you actually take a second and read the contract that your husband signed before he was allowed to get into a car. If he did not buy CDW (damage waiver)then you should NOT be shocked about the charges. Your husband was completely responsible for the car, FAULT-OR-NOT, and actually physically initialed 4 different places saying so...again read what you sign. And..signed a full signature authorizing the right of Enterprise to take charges on your credit card for such things as deductibles, loss of use (althugh recently changed so you are not charged for this), damage to car, detailing, breach in contract, tickets, etc. You rented a car that is not yours and signed to take full responsiblity, um...d**n straight they are going to charge you b/c if they dont then it comes out of their paycheck, and tell me why the hell should your bad driving affect the reps already below poverty and illegal means of a paycheck be lower b/c you dont think you are responsible. Who is, Enterprise?? They weren't the ones driving the car at the time. You need to take some responsibilty and own up to what you had agreed upon before you left the lot.

YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE BILL, YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE REARENDED IN THE FIRST CAR YOU RENTED FROM THEM. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE TERM "LOSS OF USE". MAYBE THATS WHAT YOUR BEING BILLED FOR. THE LOSS OF USE ARE DAYS THE COMPANY COULD NOT RENT THE CAR DUE TO IT BEING FIXED. I DON'T WORK FOR ENTERPRISE BUT, I HAVE WORKED FOR A LARGE RENTAL AGENCY. I CAN TELL YOU THEY DO RENT UNSAFE CARS AT ENTERPRISE I HAVE RENTED ONE IT WAS TORE UP. IF YOU HAD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE P.O.S. THEY WERE PUTTING YOU IN AFTER YOU GOT IN TO AN ACCIDENT WITH THE OTHER CAR YOU HAD. THE TRANSMISION JUST DOESN'T GO OUT YOU HAVE SIGNS. IT WILL START SLIPPING, AND IF IT DID WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST TAKE IT BACK? WOULD YOU DRIVE AN UNSAFE CAR?
