Adam, I agree that there are an abundance of reports here made by Dale & April, and I take everything they post with a grain of salt. But here's what I don't understand. Why do you have such a bug up your a*s about them? In one of your posts on another report, you said: "You wouldn't last long in Alaska. We treat each other with respect and dignity no matter what job they happen to have or what color their skin." Well, your onslaught of them has certainly proved that you don't. You have treated them with anything but respect and dignity. Believe me, I am in no way defending them here, but I see no reason for your personal attacks. That is not what this forum is for. So please stop wasting the EDitor's bandwidth by dredging up every single report by Dale & April, no matter how old, and reigniting old flames.

Have you poeple ever conducted any business transaction without difficulty? Maybe you should have a person you trust cunduct all your business for you as you just don't have the poeple skills to interact in a decent manner.I think Charles Manson could conduct business in a more civilized fashion than anyone that has as much trouble completing a simple transaction. It's easy; you provide funds they provide goods or services. It's also customary to exchange pleasantries if time permits. Hope this helps but I seriously doubt it.

I am an ex-exployee and have seen what happens to you many times. When the agency who contracted the rental; car dealership or insurance agency, etc. fails to pay, the person who rented is personally responsible. You may think you are not renting the car, the dealership is but that is not the case. You are renting and are responsible for anything that happens including failure to pay the bill. In this specific instance, I would say the best bet is to contact the dealership. The dealership business represents significant income to these guys and when the manager of the service dept. calls the local branch, your problem that was apparently no concern to enterprise will suddenly become one and it will be taken care of. Your last sentence is 100% accurate. Any educated person who has been a part of this company will agree. I left the company for no other reason than that.

Still I am receiving bills and calls from collection agencies demanding I pay them. I've left several messages with Enterprise, just to continue to get the run-a-round. Maybe someday, someone will audit them, to find all the people that they've taken for a ride.
