envato market refused to refund me when their service didnt work. They said "it works for us" Customer service has no phone, just email which takes days to get a response. Internet
I purchased a plugin for my wordpress website. It did not work. Their response is "it works for us" They have no phone number and their email takes days to get a poor response.
