Envato.com Envato is a scam - DON'T USE IT - Products does not work AZ Arizona
I have purchases four different products from Envato.com and none of them worked using the requirements specified on the website. There is customer service to answer any questions.
I have asked fro refund and after 6 months someone got back to me saying they can provide a refund to my paypal account for three out of four products only. The communication surrounding the refund took about 5 days. They I did not hear from anybody and I did not see refund on my paypal account. I then contacted them again regarding the refund and they told me they forgot. After one day they got back to me and they said that they have provided me with a refund. There was no refund in my paypal account. I contacted them again and they said they can't provide me with a refund despite the email states a paypal refund. What they did was they provided a refund to their website so it states on their website that I have credit. I have clearly expressed my dissatisfaction with the product and my intention of not using their services again.
After 8 days, they got back to me and they said they can't provide refund once the product is downloaded after saying they will provide a refund and I have spent more than 5 days communicating with them via email.
They are thieves and they know their products are not working and they are still allowed to continue ripping people off. They need to be stopped. I am planning on contacting Paypal today and file a dispute and provide their emails.
Be smart and don't use their website since they are too good to be true.
