EOS TRUCKING HARVEY BEECH EOS TRUCKING The owner Harvey beech has with held mine and others pay for unethical reasons not to mention Made a sexual comment that bothered me Little Rock Arkansas
I started with eos trucking in late November this year 2017, Harvey started of as a good person. Due to equipment constantly failing or needing repairs I decided to leave and go else where. The website doesnt have the correct address by the way. During my time at eos I had a conversation with Harvey while my wife was on the phone I asked her to hold on so I could speak with Harvey real fast, and she did, but she was still on the phone and could hear our conversation. During my conversation harvey made a sexual comment that did sit well with me or my wife but i hesitated to say anything in fear of losing my job after all it was the owner who made this comment so i didnt want to be fired. Harvey put me in a truck that constantly needed to be repaired so I wasn't able to make money as expected. I didn't even get breakdown pay for any of the days except 1. Now Harvey said I would make .37 cents a mile but in reality I was making .24 cents a mile. When I informed Harvey I was leaving his company for a better opportunity he was quick to with hold any pay I had earned and make unnecessary deductions to benifits him. I am not the only person he is stealing from as I have other people whom are willing to provide their statements as well. Harvey also invited me to his house and offered me a beer and a shot and some food. I felt I had to accept or I would be fired. During my stay at his house he informed me he was holding another drivers last check and the only way he was getting it was through a physical confrontation with Harvey.
