Eperks eperks is a scam! They threaten collection action without providing what they promised Pleasanton California
Eperks is a scam. They emailed me and led me to believe that if I purchased 2 exclusive zip codes and did not close a sale within 6 months that they would give me a full refund. The salesman told me that they advertised on national TV as well as all over the internet. He promised me leads and the guarantee of full refund to back it up.
After 6 months of nothing, I called to get my refund they promised me. They would not honor it as the salesman is no longer there and they say there was no promise of a full refund. I have searched online and found no ads, only a ton of complaints. I cannot imagine any client wanting to buy or sell from me with all of the negative posts. I also founf no TV ads during the whole 6 months and now.
I found KeywordSpy.com measure pay per click advertising online and it indicates that eperks stopped all advertising in February 2008. I signed up afterwards. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and now eperks collections has sent me a letter threatening to report this to the credit bureau. eperks, lies and defrauds customers by promising full refunds and advertising as well as promises of led generation. None of it is true. Please let me know if you have been sent to collections and what they did or did not do.
I have filed reports with the local state AG, AG of California, BBB- Pleasanton CA, FTC, and the real estate commission of CA- Sacramento.
