A houseguest looked at a $4 porno site, and then cancelled "membership." Two additional charges showed up on my credit card, totalliing about $70.00. I called to challenge the charges, and EPOCH.COM refused to remove them.

How'd they pay? On what grounds do you protest the charges? That they were made at all, or that it was cancelled? Did you condone making the charges as long as the guest was responsible, or was it all a surprise? Do they deny the cancellation? Have you got the $4 for the legitimate charges?
