Equinox day and night serum by Sheridan labs and RVTL anti aging cream by Sheridan Labs Inc. Looking for false ads, lies, and rudeness all around?! Look no further! Equinox and RVTL anti aging products! ? One is supposedly in Blufdale Nevada
I saw an ad on facebook and thought I was getting a free one month trial of Equinox day and night serum and RVTL anti aging cream. I thought I was only paying the shipping if $4.95. Come to find out these two products, advertised together, are two different business or locations and two different accounts. Therefore, I was charged 4.95 twice or from both products. I them saw the reports about them on this site. I contacted them (but the only way I could get their number was through my credit card company)!
They were rude and spoke poorly. They argued that it is not a free trial, but a trial to purchase and not a month but 14 days. They said I had 14 daya to try it and if I want to continue getting it they will bill me for it (since they have my credit card from when I signed up and fell prey to the free one month trial, just pay for shipping scam)! They said the only way to cancell was to call them and then return the product in its original box, with a specific return number, which they assigned to me. I asked why I should return the containers for on a product that is advertised as a free one month trial?! They said this is how the program works, you signed up for this subscription and you ageeed to this! I agreed to pay for the shipping to get a free one month try and assumed that I could then decide if I want to purchase.
They would not give me the address to mail these products back, but instead said they would send me an email within 15 to 20 minutes with the address. They did not! So, I called back and demanded the address. They got very rude when I told them that I can see how this works, if they don't give me an address to mail it to, then they won't get it back and they will be able to charge me. Anwaits not one address, two separate products, two different addresses and return numbers, confusing by design?! Do not respond to any offers who want you to give your credit card for shipping. I contacted my credit card dispute department and they told me that if I get any charges from them besides the shipping I had agreed to, to call their direct line and they will take care of them. Lies, rudeness, one rep even said to me, nothing is free! I said then why do you advertise that it is?! Evil dealers!

It seems like there are now 4 companies that are doing the same scam of offering free trials, and then charging outrageous amounts after the "free" trial period, and it is difficult to get a refund. I filed a fraud claim for two of them with my bank for unauthorized charges. Others are Beau Derma and RevitaEye.
It looks like the pattern is to pair two products together supposedly from different companies, then you get charged for both. Other one here is RTVL Anti-Aging Cream along with Equinox Skin Reviving Cream.
I'm working investigating these companies and turning this information over to the appropriate authorities. Anyone can write to me about this at [email protected]. An associate is writing a book about scams.
