THEY NEVER COMMUNICATE, THEYWONT INFORM YOU THAT THEY CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT.
THEY DONT HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS, ITS ONLY PO BOX.
THINK A BILLION TIMES TO INVEST IN THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Equity Trust does have a street address it is 1 Equity Way, Westlake, OH 44145. Yes, the PO box numbers are more widely used for the amount of mail that is received by the company. However, the company does publish its street address for clients to use for sending overnight mail.
Equity Trust manages self directed IRA's and will only do what the client directs them to do. If you instruct them to invest funds in a particular investment they will do so. They have no control over the investment and whether it is a good or bad. The due diligence of researching an investment is up to the IRA owner and should be completed before funds are exchanged.
Also if you have any infomartion as to an asset held in a self directed IRA you need to communcate it to your custodian immediatly.
