Eric Benzer Attorney At Law Bankruptcy Attorney Stole my Money Baltimore , Maryland
I went through a tough time the past few years, divorce, sick child and was laid off. It all culminated in my decision to file for bankruptcy. I looked around for an attorney to assist and found Eric Benzer in Baltimore Maryland.
He seemed like a good guy and said he was willing to help me. Even told me about his life issues, which were similar. He said if I filed, I would start new and would be alright in a few years. He said he needed a retainer which I thought made sense. He asked for the retainer which was $25,000.00, I paid him from my personal checking account, some of the last money I had.
As soon as he got the check, things changed. I never could get him on the phone, never could get him to answer emails. This proceeded for two months. I went to his office a few times and was always told he was in court or not available. Finally I got fed up, I waited outside his office and saw him walking to his Mercedes, I confronted him. He dodged all my questions and finally said he had given my retainer to another firm, and they had stolen my money!!!
What kind of lawyer would give your retainer to another lawyer! He never consulted me and this is not how lawyers work. Its obvious to me that Eric Benzer is a fraud, a thief and crook. And he took my money. Ive filed reports with the FBI and Police. I'm going to everyone I can to show the world who the real crook is- Eric Benzer.

As a paralegal for Mr. Benzer, hoaxes like this are infuriating. I wish we charged $25,000 for a bankruptcy, I also would be driving a Mercedes! I am lucky to be able to work from home which gives me alot of flexibility for our clients. I tend to work more in the evenings when client are home and they are not airing their personal business at work. We have 100% satisfaction from all our clients. We get many, many referrals from our clients which is very nice.
We go above and beyond to help our clients, which includes myself taking calls from clients everyday, all day and night. We respond to all calls and emails in a timely manner. I hope you over look this obviously fake report and give us a try, I have a list of references I can offer to give you a piece of mind. I believe we are one of the best Bankruptcy firms in Maryland that care about our clients and go above and beyond to make this tough process much easier.

My family utilized Eric Benzer, Esquire to be our bankruptcy lawyer and he was honest, capable, easy to deal with, and the complete opposite of this phony Rip Off report. He represented both my wife and me and gave us timely advice, did not over charge us, filed our Petition immediately, went with us to the 341 hearing, and did a great job. He is compassionate, understanding, friendly, and a very nice man. My wife has cancer and he gave us a 25% discount on his legal fees.
We recommended four friends and co-workers to him and they all were equally happy and pleased with his service and representation and have subsequently referred even more clients to him.
Mr. Benzer is a wonderful lawyer and human being and I would use him again for any legal needs I had. This Rip Off report is false and a lie, and is a scam of some sort for people to try and ruin the reputations of others.
Again, this Rip Off report is thee ripoff not Mr. Benzer.

I am a Maryland consumer bankruptcy attorney and only licensed in Maryland. My firm, is accredited with BBB and have never had a complaint filed against me in 25 years of being an attorney. I have never taken a $25,000 retainer from anyone in all my years of being an attorney. More to the point, if my clients could pay a $25,000 retainer they wouldnt be in bankruptcy!
I challenge this author to substantiate the check paid to me by forwarding or posting a copy of the cancelled check to my attention ASAP so the attorney I have retained to investigate this posting can contact the appropriate authorities about your repugnant allegation.
Please show me emails which were sent to me that falsely were never answered. Additionally, I do not have an office but work from my homeand I drive a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan.
This person clearly never came to my office because I do not have one and this person was never told I was in court because there is nobody to communicate those false allegations because I do not have a secretary nor any employees.
These allegations are so remarkably false I find it hard to believe The Rip Off Report would even post such an obviously false and ridiculously inaccurate report. If a retainer had been given to another lawyer than where is the complaint against that other attorney? Where is a copy of the
cancelled check? Where is the authors name and contact information?
Please know I am willing to pay any amount of money to ascertain who wrote this slanderous report, willing to follow any procedure or process to right this cruel wrong, and assure anyone reading this these allegations are false, lies, and a hoax.
