Eric Benzer Failed to pay contractor. Started dodging me at Christmas. Baltimore Maryland
He hired me to fix a brick fence in his backyard which had been pushed over by bamboo growth. After digging for 3 days and 5 days of reconstruction he disappears. After a month and a half of trying to contact him I change my phone number with an app and he answered. Said he wasn't in the mood to talk to me. So I go to his house and there's a guy working on his house. I asked him if Eric's home he said yes I asked him if he's been around the last few weeks he says he's been there the whole time. I knocked on the door he didn't answer. I work way too hard to get screwed over on Christmas.

Once again Ripoff Report has allowed an unnamed person to post a complaint with no name and no legitimate facts. To think that someone could post about masonry work and digging in Maryland around Christmas time with our cold temperatures is preposterous. Under no circumstances did anyone dig on my property or do masonry work for me in 2015 or 2016 or at any time not to mention in the dead of the winter.
What is truly a RIPOFF is the fact someone can make a slanderous unfounded report about someone and there is no recourse but to pay thousands of dollars to the owner of this site and who then does nothing but take your money and promises nothing in return.
I have never hired anyone and not paid them for work on my home or business. I only use licensed contractors who have recourse if and when something goes wrong.
The real Ripoff is the Ripoff report.
