In August 2004 Lance Stewart Borrowed Money from my mom. Singing an agreement to pay back $3242.
I have tried emailing him and His Response" He agrees he owes the money and states he can start paying back on the 3rd Wednesday of each Month.
He Borrowed the money to Started a website: ES Resouce, in which is only to get money for himself not to help others.
Sine these Emails He has not made an attempt to pay back.
