In August 2016, I responded to a FB ad for a weight-loss product. When the order was being processed, I was forced to order not one, but two products for double the shipping costs (about $10). As this was a red flag for me, I carefully read eveything I received from this compant and there was absolute NO MENTION of any further obligation ~ no auto-ship, no further orders, no nothing. 

Last night, Sept 25, 2016, I received an email that two products were being shipped to me at a total charge of $185.96. I immediately emailed this company and received a return email stating that my account has been cancelled. There was no mention of any cancellation of this order. So, I called the number listed online (and also on their paperwork). I connected with an out-sourced customer service representative (Tina) in India. She said that my account has been cancelled but I do qualify for a refund. I explained that I did not authorize this shipment nor any charges on my credit card. She could not help me (just a paid employee with a script). 

Today I am contacting my bank to reverse these charges and cancel any further connection with this company. I hope to have this resolved in this way.

I was charged about $10 for both. With this red flag, I carefully read everything sent to me by the company. There was absolutely NO MENTION of any further obligation or auto-ship or any continued payments. Today, September 26, 2016, I received two emails stating that two more products were shipped and my credit card was being charged a total of $185.96. I emailed the company and a return email told me that my future orders were cancelled. Then, I called the company's listed phone number and was connected with an out-sourcing company in India (Tina). I was told that I was not eligible for a refund and that further orders were cancelled. I explained that I had not authorized this or any further charges on my credit card and that doesn't constitute a refund, that constitutes an illegal charge. She didn't know what to say (just an paid employee with a script). So, I am contacting my bank to have these charges reversed immediately. Escondido CAlifornia
