Being a part of ET solutions LLC "customer relationship department" I was stunned after getting this 1st ever negative remark against us. We are into the computer support business since 2011 with a customer base over 30k. In our whole operating history we have never followed any fraudulent activities and there is no such evident reported against us prior to this.
We have also heard about the same reports from our existing customers regarding these kind of "computer freezing pop ups" scams operated by few foreign companies. But we are nowhere involved into this kind of fraudulent business. Also these scammed companies are vilifying the image of branded companies like us and Online computer support model.

“We placed a card on my desktop that allow to remotely access your computer” This is a Logmein utility(One of the renowned remote sharing software) meant for customer ease who does not want to spend time over phone rather than like to get the problem fix remotely through that. Through this utility, we cannot share any customer screen until and unless customer invites us to do that and also customer has to give permission to grant access to the technician. Moreover, Customer has all the right to terminate the session if he/she wishes to, because customer will always be the primary controller of the remote session.

Even after getting the resolution if customer change his/her mind because of whatever reason, Customer can ask for full refund in first 7 days of making the payment and the same is provided (no questions asked). In case, we don’t receive the E-sign copy of the payment & resolution confirmation from customer, within 7 days of first occurrence of the issue, the complete amount gets automatically refunded to the same Card through which the payment was made.
