Etour And Travel Of Orlando Florida Not owning up to their MISTAKE!!Orlando Florida
On May 14, 2008 I recieved a phone call from one of my relatives that had just booked a trip with Etours and was able to get up to three other family members to also recieve the same discount that she had. I then called to book me a trip also and I got the trip but I was kind of iffy becasue it sound to good to be true so I set up on a payment plan which they allowed,but to only find out two days later that they had charged the entire amount onto my card making my account overdrawn. I found out on saturday and called them to inform them of their mistake and they assured me that they would indeed take care of it. I called everyday and never was able to talk with the supervisor, she was always busy, but not to busy tell them what to tell me. So,finally after going back and forth with the agent she told me that the money had been applied on that day, but I have not recieved it yet. I am in the neg. on my personal account for over $400.00 in overdraft fees and they are only paying back $245.00 so go figure. I am in another state and they better be glad I am not in that state or I will go there personally and try to retrieve my money. I was also told that if i cancelled the trip, which I tried to do, I would not recieve my NSF fees. I advise any one who is traveling with Etour to make sure that they are who they say they are because me being a fool at this I should have read the reviews first before I booked
