Okay guys i have had this card for 17 month now.. It is a prepaid card that basically takes $10.00 per month from your card and reports an installment loan for $220 on your credit report. Basically its a rip-off... They completely removed all payment history from my credit reports and are telling me that i cannot cancel my card and that i have to still make the payments even though its not reporting on my credit... They are very rude and if you call them you get the same rude lady everytime. They only have one person that answer the phone!! She is rude a*s hell! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD. www.eufora.com... RIP-OFF!! My girlfriend has there card as well and they never even reported to her credit report and its been 6 months!!!

I just looked at my credit report and Eufora is on it for a credit card I never signed up for. This company indeed is a fraud.

As a founding member and senior execute at Eufora, I can tell you first hand that this report is not true or accurate. Eufora is a legitimate company and has been in business for over eight years. We cannot and would not remove any prior payment history from one's credit report. If in fact one is participating in the program and has made their monthly payments, we absolutely report that data to Experian and Trans Union each month. The data will appear either as an account from BANKFIRST or EUFORA depending on what year you participated in the program

We have many, many satisfied customers and have an excellent track record with respect to customer satisfaction. Typically the very few complaints that we do get are due to non-payment or late payment. In the highly unlikely event that you or your girlfriend have in fact made your monthly payment and it does not appear on these two participating reporting agencies' reports, please feel free to contact one of our customer service reps and we will remedy the situation.

If any one of our customer service reps have been rude, I would love to have their name. We value our customers very much and have zero tolerance for this kind of behavior. If you contact customer service and you are not satisfied with the answers you are getting, please do not hesitate to ask for a supervisor or a member of our management team.
