I am taking the time to write this report so that other consumers who look into using the online travel agency European Destinations / Trip Masters NOT book with them and not be subject to the same pain and suffering that I have had to endure!!!

Due to a medical emergency and being stuck at the hospital at the time my outbound flight was supposed to be taking off I called them to try to make a change to my ticket, the agent after putting me on hold for ridicuously long time periods came back and said she can't change my ticket so she has to cancel/refund it. i said sure cancel it and I will book a new outbound ticket and confirmed that all else remains the SAME on my itinerary. I purchased two separate new one way outbound tickets to replace this outbound flight. On the day of my return back home I wake up in the morning to check in online to my flight to see a message saying your ticket has been canceled! I got such major anxiety, imagine being stuck in a foreign country and finding out you don't have a return flight. Even worse when I called this sorry excuse of an establshment to inquire what on earth they'd done - they very carelessly said yes when we canceled your outbound flight that automatically cancels your return too. The negligent representative conducting this whole transaction made NO mention whatsoever that by canceling my outbound I am going to lose my return flight too. Or else I would've undoubtedly purchased my new tickets as round trip NOT one way as I had done thinking my return flight is fine since I have not made any changes to it. My outbound was with United Airlines and return with Air Canada, two completely different airlines.

Both my brother and myself endured a major panic attack and anxiety while being stuck at airports over 25 hours waiting for another flight that we had to book at our OWN expense again due to this awful, horrible, lying, deceitful agency's neglicence and unwillingness to cover for their mistake. Additionally they are refusing to refund me my full ticket amounts for the original cancelled tickets despite the airline's refunds department confirming to me that they did not charge any fees/penalities for this cancellation. 

At some point the poor business practices under which they are operating under will catch up to them as people like myself have to post these reviews revealing who they really are and get forced to take legal action. My entire trip was ruined to say the least and I still continue to suffer traumatic flashbacks of the fears, the freezing all night in an airport waiting for the next flight and knowing all along they're refusing to take ownership of their colossal mistake and at least after all that pain and suffering make it right. They are awful beyond words and based on all the bad reviews I wish I'd read earlier to not have to encounter their scamming fraudelent ways of operating. Avoid at all costs!!!
