I made many enquires before purchasing software and was told no problem to amend various parts before I bought it. However,once purchased all changed,
no we cannot do this and excuses made and to do it will cost $.
It also came to my attention that Free Profiles are fake!
It appears that though you purchase the software they hold the site so you cannot get anyone else to host it.
They state give " Effective Marketing Advice" in fact they do not.
State 24/7 you can never get through and no one rings back.
I sent 10 emails no one replies,finally get to someone "We never not them"
But still do not answer questions,conveniently.
I have kept all correspondece of proof of frustration. I have similar experience to others stated.
They are out to get your money then dump you!
