Everything Advertised on their web site is a lie. They charge victims who want to buy dating software $550, and they give noting for download or in mail. they ask the victim to pay for hosting fee $239 a year to put the so-called dating software on their own server and they do not give the victim access to the hosting space.

they claim to give 24hour/day 7days/week support but they don't even answer the victims emails. sometimes it take days for the victim to get an email answer.

furthermore, they ask the victim to pay for advertising fees to get the dating site advertised, but the victim is only advertising for their so-called dating software.

after the victim figures out it is a fraud, if the victim want to end the one year hosting plan, they don't even give your unused hosting fee back.

At the end, the victim paid so much money, but get nothing!!. the victim spend so much time not get paid instead has to pay to the person who used victim's time and labor.

this company Evercurrent.com must have frauded many victims already, Will their any way to stop this kind of frauding company??

Evercurrent.com offers an online dating software program. Online indicates that it will need to be hosted, and our hosting details and prices are very clearly listed on our web site. We give every customer an opportunity to ask about anything they are unsure of prior to making a purchase as well as encouraging them to read everything on our site carefully to make sure they understand what we offer and how it works. Any customer going through the payment portion is led to a page of our legal agreement, which breaks down everything in detail yet again, and they must read and agree to this prior to continuing to make the purchase, so there is nothing hidden or left unclear. We don't ask for any money for advertising fees. Any advertising done through us is completely optional, and when paid for, is promotion of the customer site and not our own. 24/7 support is offered and followed through on. What the customer seems to misunderstand however is that 24/7 support does not mean that we can answer everyone within 5 seconds of his or her request. All emails and phone messages are looked after in priority order, meaning the more urgent the issue, the quicker the answer. All other responses are given within 24 hours, which is quite a reasonable turn-around and even better than what most of our competition will offer. We have been in business since 1998 and have many very satisfied customers. It is unfortunate, but there will always be a customer that misunderstands something and tries to belittle us to make himself or herself feel better. We strive to give excellent customer service and a reliable, high quality product to every customer of our company.

Evercurrent.com is a solid company that provides excellent customer service and great products at very reasonable costs since 1998. What is promised on our website is exactly what is delivered to our valued customers and nothing less. Everything is clearly stated on our website and must be agreed to by purchasers prior to completing their transaction. It is unfortunate that this gentleman does not understand the term 24/7 support, which simply means that we have employees that work round the clock to answer questions and support the technical aspects of the products. It does not mean that if someone sends an email they will get a response within 5 seconds. All of our emails are placed in priority sequence based on the nature of the issue and our customers are answered in a timely and professional manner. We do provide an advertising package for a fee, but it is not something that our customers must choose to purchase. In fact, this gentleman did not even decide to go through us for advertising, so I don't understand his need to attack us for offering such an optional, paid service. Our customers do not "get nothing" in the end. They pay a very reasonable cost for a fully functional dating website that has all the latest technology combined with the most popular features, which is hosted on secure reliable servers for a very good price for hosting such a complex site. We even include an example of a fully functional site at www.seek4love.com, which clearly shows what one gets when making their purchase, and this is exactly what this customer got as well. Access is given to our customers to their hosting space, and was given to this gentleman as well, who repeated insisted that he could not get in. We tested the access several times, and all was fine, but he became rude when we gave pointers on what he needed to do to get in. What is clear to us is that this customer was trying to unlawfully copy the entire site to use for his own personal gain, and when he discovered he was unable to do this, he became nasty and insulting and started sending us threats. Shortly after, his complaint appeared here.

they fraud the victim's money and time, victims loose thousands of dollars and get nothing
