I purchased a heavy bag (Everlast) from Sports Authority (Boxing Equipment). Since I purchased the Everlast heavy bag and stand Sports Authority that went out of business, so I called the manufacture Everlast Worldwide, Inc. becasue the straps on the bag are defective and almost injured my son. I was told by there customer service reprosentative, "That is to bad becasue it only has a limited 120 day warrent and you would need to take is back to Sports Authority and since they are out of business your screwed" I said as a manufacture you do not stand behind your produce. The ansewer I recieved back was, "that is correcrt". I spend over $1,000 in there equipment and picked there equipmeny becasue of there reputation and would have expected more accountability. I would consider using a different company if i was you. I will never purchase one of there products again.
