So I made th biggest mistake on purchasing my chevy blazer through Evia Auto Sales. It has NOT been 30 days, and the car has been repaired once already, and now it is in repair again. The first time my intake valve went on it causing the car to overheat and not run. I calle Mike the service mngr and they couldnt get me in to an appt. there until Feb 23rd. (Making sure they did'nt have to cover it?) I did purchase the ext.warranty. So they told me to call Mountainside auto. I did so, they fixed it withen 3 days and told me I owed the deductable of $100. I said BULL! I had the car two weeks, they are paying for it which Evia did. So, I got the car back. Next week... Sounds like I have a manifold leak, No interiors lights at night, no floorboard heat, ABS brakes are not working properly, 4x4 does not work in reverse and there is a rattling in the back end. I dreaded calling knowing they wouldnt fit me in. So I waited a week. One night while driving I hit a small deer and busted a headlight and the grill. The deer got up and ran away. 2 hours after that the rattling that I had been hearing in the back end has now broke through. Pretty sure the read end busted on it. Great, stranded in the cold waiting for a tow truck! Now I call Evia in the morning. Again, they cant get me in. Mike the svce mngr, said to call Mountainside Auto. So I did and they got it there. After telling them what happened, I called them every day for the past 4 days and only get a response of we are looking at it and waiting on the warranty company for approval. Still would not tell me what was wrong with all of the problems I told them. So I'm not and idiot. I calles Wynns warranty comp. and asked them what the hold up is. They said a report was never filed! So I call up Evia and complain to Mike again, so he gets Mountanside Auto on the other line. They say they have'nt done anything but clean deer guts for 4 days off the axle and front of the car because Wynns porbably wouldnt warranty it becasue they will say the impact of the deer did all of the above damage? THATS BULL! I did not run the deer over, there should of been no guts under the vehicle and it was light impact front end damage. Excuses, excuses! I have had it with both companies. Unaware that I could bring it to any authorized repair center. He told me I had to take it to Mountside Auto if not them. So I havent had the junk car for a month. I'm making the stupid payments on a 11 year old car with 110,000 mile son it and it is a piece of crap. Evia does not care. They got there sale! Oh by the way, im in the process of filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals Office!

Since this report, all has been corrected and I talked with Pat a few months ago and worked things out. Pat sold me the car and helped me out. He was great. I was in distress and shouldnt of bashed them online.  I do apologize.
