Please take notice that Export Import Strategies Corporation (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the 348^th Judicial District Court of Tarrant County (TX), cause number 348-274321-14 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by “Anonnom” and “Novice1.”  In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for contact information and any other messages that each of you have posted on Ripoff Report under those pseudonyms, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiffs, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities.

The whole company is a sham and cover up. He doesn't do anything but lie to people and take their money. The samples he receives sit in an office he doesn't pay for and he gives them

away as gifts. He has an ego larger than himself. He preys upon innocent children and is a liar. A control freak and a theIf! 

First and foremost, I recommend any potential client do their due diligence.  EXIM Strategies is a corporation of honor and integrity.  While we cannot guarantee a sale from representing a product line in a foreign market, we stand behind our level of service.  We do not have a single client who received less than they pay for.

Yes, we charge a fee to represent clients internationally.  There is significant expense with conducting a trade mission across multiple countries in a foreign market.  The level or coordination required to organize numerous buyer meetings within each country during the visit is a significant effort. 

We also maintain a staff of people screening through domestic producers seeking high potential items for foreign markets.  Any product we represent must pass an evaluation to determine market feasibility.  While we do charge for our representation, we will not represent any products that do not pass this evaluation.  It serves no purpose to add products to our portfolio that have low chances to sell in foreign markets. 

We have been recognized for our international business success by the US Department of Commerce, US Commercial Service and congressional representatives.  When we sell US Products abroad, we lower our country's trade deficit.  We bring foreign funds into the US economy and make our successful client companies more profitable.  These efforts are needed now more than ever.

I cannot state the level of attacks endured personally due to having background legal issues from over a decade ago.  Every debt to society has been paid and no issues have occurred since.  I abide by every law and  work each and every day to build a positive future and overcome the past.   In some instances, there is no overcoming past issues.  People want to attack and be unforgiving, in some cases making up things to attack about.  This is just what I have to endure.

The past facts have been shared before and there are always one of two reactions.  People see that justice has been done, the debt paid to society and that it is over now.  Other people see a travesty of justice, enduring an unearned punishment, and it is over now.  Either way, these are issue of the past and they are over now.  They do not make up who I am today.  These issues have nothing to do with how business is conducted.  As harsh as these experiences have been, and continue to be, I would not change what I have been through.  For what I have been through has changed me.

I have received several honors in my life both before and after the legal issues of the past.  These include being an Eagle Scout, Vigil, Honorably Discharged USAF veteran, recipient of the Cambridge Who's Who in business, and recipient of the 2007 Congressional Order of Merit and 2008 Presidential Commission.  This is a true story of endurance overcoming past negatives to create a positive future. 

Regardless, the past cannot be changed.  It is something that I have to endure addressing on an almost continual basis.  I choose to work and contribute to society instead of being a drain on welfare.  My efforts contribute to making a stronger economy by selling US products into foreign markets. 

I can only request that you do not judge me based on the past but on who I am today.  Know that you will be treated with dignity and respect.  Know that our company will go far beyond in service to gain successful results.  Our international revenues continue to increase in significant percentages from product sales every year.  This is a testament to what can be accomplished through hard work despite the past, enduring targeted attacks against character, and increasing market share for our represented clients.

Our team of employees are hard working, loyal and have the utmost of integrity in their business practices.  We could not have stayed in business without generating successful international sales.  We manage exports across five continents for clients.

If you are considering doing business and have run across these postings, know that anyone can post anything without validation.  Those postings will not be taken down from the website.  But, there are far more positive internet search results available proving our ability to perform.  Ask to speak to our satisfied clients.  Ask for copies of international sales contracts proving performance.  Let these prove character and ability to perform instead of focusing on negative anonymous internet postings.

I do not ask for pity, forgiveness, or help.  I do ask for fair consideration based on ethical business practices and the good things that can be achieved by exporting.  Consider the level of successful results we have accomplished on a continual basis.  You will not find anyone who will work harder to achieve success for you than we do.
